Haven Engineering Projects Ltd. is a Midlands-based, privately-owned company providing design, fabrication and installation services in the chemical, process and waste industries.

Since 1975, Haven has taken leading roles in numerous public and private sector projects; providing turnkey installations handling hazardous chemicals, flammable materials and high purity products.

We have considerable experience in the handling and processing of hazardous chemicals and waste materials and offer a complete CDM-compliant project management package to cover any major installation.

Process Safety Services

Haven offers a full range of process safety services to assess risks associated with a new design or existing process. All process safety work is undertaken by chartered engineers and includes:
  • HAZOP Facilitation (chair/secretary)
  • Hazard studies (What ID, HAZID, etc.)
  • DSEAR risk assessments
  • Incident reviews
  • SIL and LOPA
  • Process safety design reviews

Confidence with CDM Compliance

All of out site work is completed under the guidance of the Construction, Design and Management (CDM) Regulations, 2015.

We have standard risk assessments and method statemtns for workshop operations, with each job also undergoing specific assessment to generate any additional risk assessments required.

Haven Engineering Projects has extensive experience acting as the Principal Contractor on numerous contracts.

Experienced Project Managers

As project managers, we have the capability to plan and control all aspects of a project, including the organisation of all sub-contractors involved.

In the majority of projects we act as principle contractor, and have great experience in coordinating projects of all sizes.
