Pipework Fabrication
Pipe fabrication capability in carbon steel, various grades of stainless steels (including high nickel content Hastelloy, Incoloy etc.), PTFE-lined or coated pipework and plastic pipework in polypropylene, uPVC, cPVC, ABS, HDPE and PVDF.
Pressure Vessels
Pressure vessels and air receivers designed and fabricated to PD5500 Cat I, II and III in both carbon and stainless steels.
Storage Tanks
Vertical and horizontal storage tanks fabricated in both carbon and stainless steel to standard BS EN 14015:2004. We also supply true helically-wound thermoplastic storage tanks via our close partnership with Formoplast GmbH.
Platforms, Stairways & Ladders
Access platforms, stairways, walkways and ladders designed and fabricated in-house in accordance with the latest issute of the E.E.M.U.A. handbook No.105. Steelwork can be finished via galvanising, painting or powder coating, with flooring made from open mesh, solid durbar or GRP-type.
Special Purpose Equipment
Fabrication and construction of skid units and special purpose equipment. We also design and manufacture general fabrications from plate, steel sections, tubular forms, to one-off bespoke requirements to suit our clients’ needs.
Qualified Welding
