With over 50 years of industrial experience as a mechanical engineer, Don takes an active role in overseeing all project work. Don's expertise lies in the handling of hazardous chemicals such as chlorine, phosphorus, strong acids and alkalis, and flammable reagents.
Don's considerable experience int he management of multi-disciplinary project teams ensures that your projects are safe, effective and on-time.
David Owen
Installations Director
As an active company director, David is heavily involved in quotation, project work, conducting site surveys and overseeing the installation of Haven’s projects out on site.
An accomplished project manager, David specialises in turnkey projects, with a driven approach to assisting customers and an active role in overseeing the workshop to ensure our high standards are achieved.
Tracey Davis
Commercial Director
With over 30 years of service at Haven, Tracey manages and oversees the offices in addition to all personnel out on-site.
Tracey works at the heart of the company, with extensive experience in procurement and dedicated management of the project supply chain, guaranteeing the delivery of our outstanding projects. Tracey’s close relationship with all of our suppliers guaratees the highest quality in every installaton.
A chartered chemical engineer and a fellow of the Institution of Chemical Engineers, Zaffer acts as the head of process engineering here at Haven.
Zaffer has experience in all aspects of process and project engineering including feasibility studies, design studies, R&D, commissioning and chairing HAZOP studies.
Zaffer has extensive knowledge of process safety risk asessments, DSEAR, LOPA, SIL, ATEX, COMAH materials and pressure equipment.
Shirley Winkle
Clerical Officer
Shirley's role within the office encompasses a wide range of crucial tasks including invoicing, management of all QA files, and handling company administration work.
Shirley's professional communication, organisation and multi-tasking skills ensure that Haven runs smoothly at all times. She is also taking an active role in the updating and further digitisation of the company invoicing and job file management system.

From creation and review of company health and safety procedures to on-site safety audits, Abi is responsible for the most important aspect of Haven operations: safety.
